Each plan comes with a monthly allocation — 1,000 emails on Standard, 3,000 emails plus 1,000 SMS on Pro. Need more? Top up with add-on packs: 500 extra emails for $75 on Standard or $50 on Pro, and SMS in 1,000-text bundles for $120. No surprise per-message metering — you buy a pack when you need it. All prices ex-GST.

Yes. You set a monthly ceiling in the admin panel and FLWUP pauses outbound automatically when you reach it. No surprise bills, ever.

Anytime, no questions. Billing is monthly in arrears and prorated to the day. You keep access until the end of the billing period.

Invoices are issued in AUD via Xero with GST broken out separately. Fully tax-compliant for ATO purposes. Drop it straight into your BAS.
